If you’re like me then you likely live in leggings and athletic wear unless something requires “real clothes.” It only made sense to round up my favorite workout pieces! I tried creating mini boards so regardless of whether you prefer leggings, shorts, tanks, or tops you have pieces you could layer, especially in this weather. Whether you’re looking for pieces to help you look cute while you workout or to wear running errands or picking up kids I’ve got you covered.

Workout Wear Option 1:
Black Tank, Flutter Shorts, No Seam Leggings, White Long Sleeve, Zip Up Jacket
This black tank is a classic and can be paired with any pieces you already own. These flutter shorts were all the rage last Spring and Summer, and I can see why. They’re super flattering and easy to wear. They do fall on the shorter side though if you have long legs like me. This pair of leggings has great reviews. People love that there’s no center seam and they pass the squat test too. I love a classic long sleeve to toss on over your workout top until you’re warm and ready. And this zip up jacket is perfect to pull on anytime. Each of these pieces are great staples to add to your wardrobe.
Workout Wear Option 2:
Strappy Sports Bra, Black Running Shorts, Leggings, Tank, Green Pullover
I love a cute sports bra and this one definitely fits the bill. These shorts are great if you like a high rise option. They are shorter than some of my others so if you prefer longer this may not be the pair for you.These leggings are great quality, especially for the price, and they stay in place. I love this black tank to toss on over a sports bra. And now that it’s chilly, this pull over would be perfect for a morning or evening walk (or even the quick jog to the car from the gym…or grocery store, or Target…)
Workout Wear Option 3:
Under Armour Sports Bra, Black Running Shorts, Fleece Lined Leggings, Turtleneck, Puffer Vest
This Under Armour sports bra is an Amazon fave with great reviews. I have these running shorts and I reach for them often. They’re definitely a staple. This pair of leggings is fleece lined! If you’re looking for a pair to grab for cool morning walks then I would definitely try these. I think I may need them for walking the kids to school this Fall and Winter. I love this cropped turtleneck so much, and it would be adorable under this puffy vest. I would totally wear this to school pick up or to run errands. I love a workout outfit that doubles for daytime.
Workout Wear Option 4:
Sports Bra, Thick Waistband Running Shorts, Crossover Leggings, White Tee, Half Zip Sweatshirt
Another cute sports bra for the win. I love the straps and cut-out. These are by far my favorite running shorts. I love the thicker waist band and the high rise. They’re super flattering and comfy too. Speaking of flattering, I love a crossover waistband on leggings or yoga pants. I need to add these to cart. I thought this top was really fun. It looks like a normal cropped tee but the back is layered. You guys know I’m a sucker for a cute back. And I am obsessed with this half zip sweatshirt. It comes in so many colors but I’m partial to the heather gray. It looks much more expensive than it actually is and has great reviews. Something tells me you’ll be reaching for it often.
Workout Wear Option 5:
Bralette, Biker Shorts, Yoga Pants, White Tank, Quarter Zip Sweatshirt
I know bralette style tops aren’t for everyone but if you don’t need a ton of support they’re such a cute option. These bike shorts and the yoga pants both have the flattering V waistband that I love. This white tank is so cute and the details are so feminine. And here’s another sweatshirt I absolutely adore. I love the ruching on the puffy sleeve and the cinched waist band. Another outfit I’d wear well beyond my workout.
